                                                            Results Management Australia was established in 1993. Our aim is to provide training and organisational development to those companies and organisations that are seriously committed to being the best in their field. 

Unlike many other business consultancies we do not compete against providers of accredited (or public) skills development programs. And we don't seek or obtain government funding for the programs we provide.

Instead we deliver value for money training and development that is designed to ensure that your business stays at the 'head of the pack'.

And this requires a different approach.

RMA's small team is headed by Steve Jarron. Steve has been operating as an independent business consultant since 1986. Although he possesses degree qualifications in Social and Industrial Administration (Griffith University), Steve is a very down to earth and personable human being. Throughout his career Steve has been awarded many accolades for his ability to relate to and inspire people from all walks of life.  

Steve takes accountability very seriously. He believes that client organisations should have a single contact point that can be held accountable for the achievement of their desired outcomes. But don't let this fool you into thinking that RMA is restricted as a  one-man band.
